The cost of getting it wrong

A 2005 report by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development highlighted the average cost to business in making the wrong hire was 2.7 times salary - imagine paying someone a salary of £20,000 per year - the cost to the business of that person not working out is a staggering £54,000!

Clearly on this basis developing a successful recruitment strategy should be an integral part of any successful business strategy.
