Resourcers
As a Resourcer with Hudson Cooper, your role will be key to ensuring that we continue to source the right candidates in the right temporary or permanent roles.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Updating on the employment status of currently registered candidates and availability of potential temporary workers
- Liaising with temporary workers regarding queries, chasing timesheets etc.
- Updating database, placement of website advertisements
- Sourcing new candidates and arranging appointments
- Co-ordinating mailshots/marketing
- Administration of temporary worker information - e.g. timesheets, new assignment letters etc.
- Ad hoc sales administration as required
You will need to be confident, articulate, have an organised approach, a professional attitude and appearance, together with a good standard of education and at least 6 months work experience. You do not necessarily need experience in recruitment, but ambition and an interest to work within a sales environment would be a distinct advantage. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to take a first step into recruitment sales with a view to progressing towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant.
