Recognising this need, Hudson Cooper Limited has diversified its brand to include a specialist legal recruitment division.
Rachel Green and newly appointed Christine Baungaard will be responsible for the development of Hudson Cooper ~ Legal People, which is committed to supporting employers and candidates alike.
Rachel is a qualified solicitor with extensive recruitment experience. She has held a senior post with a national recruiter and was responsible for establishing a recruitment division dedicated to in-house legal placements. This wealth of knowledge allows her to deliver highly technical, yet practical advice to best fit each individual work environment. Rachel has placed candidates in lucrative in-house roles, while Christine has regularly dealt with the recruitment needs of the 'magic circle' firms such as; Allen & Overy, Linklaters. Christine has had to consistently deliver a proactive service, sourcing exceptional levels of candidates for distinctive roles.

Hudson Cooper ~ Legal People is a dedicated service and will focus on the entire recruitment needs of this sector. The division will be able to source fee-earning staff from senior partner level through to newly qualified, with business/administrative support and secretarial staff also being a focus. Through excellent existing links, Hudson Cooper ~ Legal People is able to access and place candidates from a national pool, removing any geographical restrictions for both employers and candidates, whilst maximising prospects for both.
With the added benefit of the complementary divisions; Hudson Cooper ~ Financial People and Hudson Cooper ~ Effective People, staff with cross-sector disciplines will also be accessible for placement, increasing available work for candidates, whilst providing a greater depth of choice for employers.
